vybe urgent care is hiring Medical Assistants for Montgomery County locations in Horsham and Hatfield, PA. This full-time role supports a fast-paced urgent care setting where you greet patients, verify insurance, collect vital health information, and assist clinicians during examinations.

A candidate with a positive attitude and strong communication skills will thrive here. The schedule includes 12-hour weekday shifts and 9-hour weekend shifts, with every other weekend required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• 6+ months of relevant healthcare experience, preferably urgent care.
• Medical Assistant certification is desirable but not required.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and good organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a child abuse clearance and criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients warmly and instill calm and confidence.
• Register patients and manage insurance verification, medical records, and test results.
• Prepare patients to see the physician by obtaining health history and vitals.
• Assist clinicians with examinations and procedures.
• Ensure patients check out with care instructions and all questions answered.
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment for the next patient.
