Doctors Urgent Care Group in Michigan seeks a compassionate Medical Assistant to support physicians and nurses in delivering patient care and keeping the clinic running smoothly. You’ll perform registrations, vitals, phlebotomy, point-of-care tests, and assist with minor procedures in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

This full-time role offers hourly pay between $17.00 and $21.00, opportunities for bonuses, gym membership, CE assistance, and other benefits.

Qualificações

• Patient registration and EMR data entry.
• Ability to verify insurance coverage and benefits.
• Take patient vitals and document accurately.
• Perform EKGs and basic venipuncture.
• Collect urine samples and prepare for lab testing.
• Conduct in-office tests (flu, strep, pregnancy).
• Assist with suturing and minor procedures.
• Maintain sterilization and infection control.
• Know clinical procedures, anatomy and physiology.
