First Choice Urgent Care is seeking a Full Time Medical Assistant/Front Desk in Michigan. Duties include greeting patients, registering, answering phones, confirming insurance, and collecting co-pays. Qualifications

• Medical Assistant with 2+ years preferred.
• Vital signs experience required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register patients and answer phones.
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays.
• Room patients and take vitals; perform testing and specimen prep.
• Assist in examination and treatment under provider direction.
• Perform EKGs, X-rays, venipuncture, injections as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and charting; support front desk duties.
