American Family Care is hiring Medical Assistants for our urgent care teams in West Chester and Malvern, PA. You will welcome patients, take histories, record vitals, assist with exams and procedures, and perform basic lab testing in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Certification as Medical Assistant or relevant clinical training.
• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast-paced settings preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and compassionate under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients, take histories, record vitals.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, wound care, testing, and treatments.
• Perform CLIA-waived lab tests and process specimens.
• Administer medications, injections, and vaccines under supervision.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and support efficient patient flow.
