Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Castle Rock is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide general medical care in an outpatient clinic. The role includes obtaining patient vitals, documenting medical history, administering prescribed treatments, and maintaining accurate patient records. Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s degree or equivalent and preferred certifications. Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Preferred: AMT registered and AAMA Certified Medical Assistants.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient vitals, medical history, and prepare the patient for exams.
• Administer prescribed medications per approved procedures.
• Draw blood and prepare labs for processing.
• Prepare exam rooms and sterilize instruments for procedures.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation.
