North Memorial Health seeks a Medical Assistant/LPN for urgent care in Minnetonka. The role supports providers, manages patient flow, and delivers patient-centered care across pediatric to geriatric populations.

The selected candidate will work under clinical supervision, following state scope of practice and organizational policies. Candidates should have a MA program credential or an RMA certification, with on-the-job experience.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent (GED) required.
• Graduate of Medical Assistant program with on-the-job experience and training or graduate of RMA program with on-the-job experience and training and passing the RMA exam.
• Six months of previous Medical Assistant experience within the North Memorial Health system.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage patient flow in the clinic and assist providers in patient care.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure progress, concerns, questions or problems are addressed.
• Perform delegated clinical tasks as defined by the Blaze Health scope of practice and supervisor guidance.
