Job summary

North Memorial Health in Maple Grove seeks a Medical Assistant/LPN for the Urgent Care clinic. You will help providers, manage patient flow, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse age groups.

Requirements include High School diploma or GED, completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or an RMA program with on-the-job training, and current BLS. On-site, day/evening shifts with a salary range of $19.76-$29.64 per hour; sign-on bonus up to $3,000; benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program with on-the-job training, OR graduate of an RMA program with on-the-job training.
• Six months of Medical Assistant experience within the North Memorial Health system preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow in the clinic and assist providers in treatment and care.
• Prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with the health care team.
• Perform delegated clinical tasks as assigned by supervisors and providers.
