Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification with at least 1 year of experience or 2 years as Medical Assistant.
• BLS certification by American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Responsabilités

• Triage patients and assess urgency of medical needs.
• Take vital signs, obtain medical history, and assist with procedures.
• Document patient information in EHRs with HIPAA compliance.
• Explain medications and provide dosage guidance.
• Collaborate with clinical team and support discharge planning.
• Train and support new clinic team members.
