Job summary

Ridgecrest Regional Hospital in Ridgecrest, California seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) I for Urgent Care. You will support patient flow, provide quality, patient-centered care, and collaborate with clinic, staff, and volunteers to maintain efficient operations.

The role requires California LVN licensure, BLS, and strong English communication. You will work 36 hours/week across day shifts in a hospital clinic environment with a patient-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Current LVN licensure to practice in California.
• One year medical office experience preferred.
• BLS certification required and maintained thereafter.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
• Understanding of asepsis and sterilization principles.
• Knowledge of electronic medical record use.

Responsibilities

• Support RRH mission and patient-centered care.
• Incorporate RRH core values into daily activities.
• Comply with policies, standards, HIPAA, OSHA.
• Help ensure efficient patient flow during clinics with staff and volunteers.
• Function as LVN in Urgent Care serving insured and uninsured patients.
