Job summary

ConvenientMD in Merrimack, NH seeks aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our urgent care team. You will deliver direct patient care, triage, perform testing, and support providers in a fast-paced clinic.

Expect 12-hour shifts, strict adherence to HIPAA, and seamless teamwork with a dedicated clinical staff. You will document patient histories, manage medications and immunizations per regulations, and contribute to a compassionate patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State licensed practical nurse (LPN) with IV experience; IV certification for ME/NH.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and triage, take vitals and document medical history.
• Assist with exams and testing, support providers during procedures.
• Manage documentation in electronic medical records and communicate test results.
• Maintain sterile, stocked workspace and support clinic operations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate patient care.
