Washington Regional Urgent Care in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will greet patients, obtain health histories, take vital signs and assist providers during exams and procedures.

This full-time role features 12-hour shifts, a rotating schedule, and weekend coverage. We offer competitive salary and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Requires LPN licensure and graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Two years of hospital or clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and prepare them for examination or procedure.
• Record health history and note abnormal conditions for physicians.
• Take vital signs and accompany patients to exam rooms.
• Assist with examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Administer injections and medications as directed.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and records.
• Schedule tests and referrals and obtain pre-authorization when directed.
• Collect and deliver lab specimens and relay results.
• Provide discharge instructions to patients and families.
• Triages patients to ensure efficient department flow.
