Job summary

Hot Springs, AR-based Baptist Health Urgent Care is seeking dedicated LPNs to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will assist physicians with nurse procedures, interview patients, take medical histories, administer injections, and manage medications while maintaining accurate charts and coordinating tests.

Full-time positions offer a 36-40 hour week with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and PTO.

Qualifications

• A degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• AR State or Compact LPN or RN License.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and preparing them for examination.
• Assisting physicians during treatment, exams, and testing.
• Giving injections and administering prescribed medications.
• Maintaining accurate patient charts and coordinating tests.
• Collecting lab specimens and delivering results.
• Triaging patients to ensure departmental flow.
