Job summary

Washington Regional Urgent Care in Fayetteville, AR is seeking dedicated LPNs to join our team. The LPN will greet patients, activate files, and support patients and medical staff in a busy clinic.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, administering injections and medications, maintaining patient charts, coordinating tests, and triaging calls. Requires AR LPN license and hospital/clinic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Arkansas.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and prepare them for examination or procedure.
• Record health history and vital signs; document abnormal conditions.
• Administer injections and prescribed medications as directed by physician.
• Assist with supplies, equipment, and examinations/treatments.
• Maintain patient charts, records, and coordinate referrals and tests.
• Triaging patients to ensure productive departmental flow.
