Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Maumelle, AR is seeking dedicated LPNs to join a dynamic healthcare team. The role supports physicians with nursing procedures, interviewing patients, taking medical history, and administering medications and injections as directed.

Responsibilities include charting, collecting lab samples, triaging calls, and maintaining infection control standards. Full-time, with a rotating 36-40 hour schedule and PRN as needed. AR nursing license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• A degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed in Arkansas (LPN or RN) under state or compact rules.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with nurse procedures and patient care.
• Interview patients, obtain medical history, and record vitals.
• Administer medications and injections as directed.
• Document charts, lab orders, and test results accurately.
• Prepare exam/treatment rooms and coordinate tests and referrals.
• Triages patients to maintain efficient clinic flow.
