Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our urgent care team in Windham, NH. The role involves triage, patient care, diagnostics, and collaboration with providers to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

The LPN will perform point-of-care testing, administer medications, and assist with IVs while maintaining accurate electronic medical records. BLS is required, and travel to other ConvenientMD locations within an hour may be needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• State LPN with IV experience; IV certification in ME/NH.
• BLS certification by AHA or Red Cross; CPR/ACLS not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient triage, document histories, and assist with exams.
• Perform diagnostic and testing procedures including vision, hearing, drug screens, and spirometry.
• Provide cardiac/airway management, including ECG, AED, nebulizers, and oxygen.
• Deliver wound care, immunizations, and medication administration per regulations.
• Maintain electronic medical records and report changes in patient conditions.
• Keep instruments sterile and workspace organized; support clinic operations.
• Collaborate with clinical team and communicate patient information to providers.
