Job summary

Philadelphia Urgent Care Management is seeking a Limited Scope Radiologic Technologist (LSRT) for our Aramingo/OdU Center in Philadelphia, PA. The LSRT performs diagnostic radiographic exams within state regulations and supports the clinical team with patient care and Medical Assistant functions to maintain efficient flow and high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an approved Limited Scope Radiologic Technologist program.
• Current license/certification to perform limited-scope radiography.
• CPR/BLS certification current or must be obtained within organization timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations within limited scope per regulations and provider orders.
• Position patients and select imaging techniques to obtain diagnostic-quality images with minimal radiation exposure.
• Follow ALARA radiation safety principles.
• Verify patient identity, orders, and clinical information prior to imaging.
• Document radiographic procedures in the EMR and imaging systems.
• Assist providers during examinations and clinical procedures.
• Maintain radiology equipment and imaging areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Support patient flow by triaging and rooming patients and preparing examination rooms.
