Job summary

Advanced Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine is seeking a Radiology Technologist/Limited Scope Operator to perform diagnostic X-rays, manage patient positioning, and support the clinical team. The role includes adhering to radiation safety standards and collaborating with radiologists for timely image interpretation.

Qualified candidates hold a Radiology Technologist License or Limited Scope Operator Certification, ARRT or equivalent licensing, and a current BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• X-ray technologist certification/licensure required.
• ARRT license or equivalent required per state.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate X-ray equipment to produce diagnostic images for physician review.
• Position patients accurately to obtain optimal images while limiting exposure.
• Process and route images for radiologist review per clinic protocols.
• Maintain radiation safety protocols and wear protective gear.
• Assist with basic patient care duties and vital signs as needed.
• Prepare patients and equipment for radiology procedures and cleanup after.
