Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking experienced and early-career PAs and FNPs to join our urgent care team in a role designed for clinical leadership and mentorship. The AP2 position supports the care team with autonomy, while collaborating with lead providers and physicians to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree (PA or FNP), DEA license, BLS certification, and at least 12 months of urgent care or emergency medicine experience, with a track record

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA or FNP certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification by American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• 12+ months of clinical urgent care/EM experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality urgent care to patients across the lifespan.
• Mentor AP1s and new providers.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinic flow and efficiency.
