Baptist Urgent Care in Olive Branch, MS, is seeking experienced Medical Receptionists to greet patients, activate files, and support the medical team.

The role requires professionalism, strong communication, and basic computer skills; prior medical office experience is preferred. Full-time schedule includes rotating 36–40 hour weeks with weekday shifts and every-other weekend; PRN opportunities are available. Benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Greeting patients and visitors in person and answering inquiries.
• Ability to learn and use electronic medical records (EMR).
• Prior experience in a medical office is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and direct them through the registration process.
• Check in and discharge patients and support clinical staff.
• Answer multi-line phones, file, fax, scan documents, and complete patient callbacks.
• Collect insurance information, verify demographics, process payments, and post balances.
• Maintain a neat, professional environment and adhere to health and safety procedures.
