Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Administrative Assistant certificate a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome: greet and assist patients and visitors with a positive attitude.
• Patient and Business Documentation: maintain confidentiality while collecting and organizing documents.
• Insurance Verification: analyze benefits, verify eligibility, and explain payment policies.
• Financial Responsibility: collect patient payments and explain costs.
• Collaborative Support: assist practice manager, providers, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Compliance: follow HIPAA/OSHA and handle documentation per guidelines.
• Travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as required.
