Job summary

Patriot Urgent Care, a CRH Healthcare company, is hiring a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our urgent care team in California, MD (float). You will evaluate a broad range of patients, perform urgent care procedures, order tests, and educate patients while working with a supportive clinical network.

We value strong clinical judgment, two years of experience, and active Maryland licensure with BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland NP or PA license, or eligibility.
• Current FNP or PA certification.
• At least two years of clinical experience as FNP/PA-C.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain one.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to perform urgent care procedures (suturing, splinting, I&D, wound care).
• Ability to interpret X-rays and other tests independently.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, I&D, wound care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including X-rays and labs.
• Prescribe medications per clinic protocols.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and follow-up.
• Document encounters accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams for quality care.
