Emplify Health by Gundersen in Sparta is seeking a part-time Urgent Care Technician/EMT to join our high-energy, patient-centered Sparta Urgent Care. You will provide LOVE + MEDICINE to a wide age range and work as part of a multidisciplinary team with APCs, RNs, and EMTs.

Shifts are 8 hours with every other weekend, 28 scheduled hours weekly (0.7 FTE). Starting pay is $19.05 per hour and up, with generous differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) or Wisconsin EMT‑B.
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers.
• Prior work experience in an emergency or pre‑hospital setting is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide urgent care in Sparta Urgent Care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver compassionate patient care across age ranges.
• Support clinical staff in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
