Job summary

Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge (NCT) with MA/LVN credentials for PRN shifts. You will support patient flow, assist clinicians with labs and radiology, and handle registrations and payments using EPIC.

The role requires HA/MA-level training, 6 months of clinical experience, and Texas NCT or LVN certification. You will work across Breeze Urgent Care centers, including evenings and major holidays, with a focus on patient experience and safety.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of approved NCT training program required.
• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program or equivalent vocational nurse program.
• 6 months clinical health care facility experience as LVN/MA/CNA or similar.
• X-ray experience or completed THR NCT training program.
• NCT registration with Texas Medical Board on hire.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Guide consumers through urgent care visits to maximize throughput and care quality.
• Assist provider with care, labs, x-rays, and procedures per protocol.
• Register patients, collect payments, and ensure accurate EPIC documentation.
• Document vitals, chief complaints, allergies, and meds in EPIC.
• Perform and document phlebotomy and medication administration when qualified.
• Maintain supplies and support orthopedics and radiology workflows.
• Provide professional, empathetic patient interaction and safety.
