Job summary

Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care in Frisco seeks a Clinical Concierge (NCT) with MA/LVN training to guide patients through visits, assist with procedures, and manage registration and payments. The role requires NCT training, an MA program or LVN qualification, and basic lab/x-ray competencies.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of healthcare facility experience and EPIC EMR familiarity. The position offers full-time shifts incl.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of approved NCT training program required.
• 6 months healthcare facility clinical experience as LVN/MA/CNA or equivalent required.
• 6 months x-ray experience or THR NCT training program in lieu of experience required.
• 6 months experience as licensed NCT preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide consumers through urgent care visit to enhance experience and throughput.
• Assist provider with care, lab testing, and x-ray.
• Perform patient registration, collect payments, room and discharge patients.
• Maintain competency across rotating positions and support the urgent care team.
• Demonstrate discretion, good judgment, diplomacy and customer service.
