Job summary

Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care in Frisco seeks a Clinical Concierge LMRT to guide patients and guests through urgent care visits, support care delivery, and manage registration and throughput.

The role requires LMRT licensure and experience with radiography, vital signs, and EMR documentation. Training on site and collaboration with the clinical team ensure a smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• LMRT licensure required at hire with chest, extremities, skull, spine focus.
• Medical Assistant program preferred; CHCP externship preferred
• 6 months health care facility experience preferred
• Strongly preferred experience with patient history, vital signs, and intake documentation

Responsibilities

• Guide consumers and their secondary guests through urgent care visits
• Assist providers with care, tests, lab work and x-ray procedures
• Register patients, collect payments, and manage throughput
• Maintain sterile fields and assist with procedures
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR and monitor patient flow
• Support safety, judgment, and high-quality patient experience
