Job summary

Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care in Addison, TX seeks a Clinical Concierge (NCT) with MA/LVN credentials. The role supports urgent care operations, assists clinicians, performs ECG/x-ray, and handles registration and patient flow with EPIC.

Requirements include a high school diploma, completion of an NCT program, MA education or equivalent, and 6+ months of clinical experience; BLS and urine drug collection training within 30 days are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of approved NCT training program required.
• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program required or other MA education pathways.
• Minimum 6 months clinical experience in a health-care setting (LVN/MA/CNA) required.
• 6 months X-ray experience or completion of THR NCT training in lieu of experience.
• 6 months NCT experience preferred.
• EPIC electronic health record experience preferred.
• Licensure: NCT registered with Texas Medical Board on hire; LVN license or CMA may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Guide consumers and secondary guests through urgent care visits to maximize throughput and care quality.
• Assist providers with care, treatment, labs, and x-ray as needed.
• Perform patient registration, document vitals, and input data into EPIC.
• Conduct laboratory testing and sample collection per orders.
• Administer medications when competent; injections if MA trained.
• Assist with procedures and ortho-related care.
• Perform and document radiology exams within scope; ensure proper transfer of images and reports.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent patient service.
• Schedule primary care referrals; manage supplies and inventory.
• Complete quality checks and other duties as assigned.
