Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare environment, specifically with medical reception, is required.
• Some management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational responsibility at the center, including patient experience and financial results.
• Evaluate patient flow to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Monitor wait times and manage workflow accordingly.
• Identify opportunities to increase business and broaden services.
• Ensure high team morale and a professional, efficient working atmosphere.
• Own training and systems SME responsibilities (UltiPro, Experity, HealthStream).
