Qualifications

• Active and current DEA number and state-controlled substance certificate with full prescriptive authority.
• DOT certification preferred for occupational medicine patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete health histories and develop comprehensive medical assessments.
• Formulate medical diagnoses and institute appropriate therapy or referrals.
• Provide guidance regarding health-care and health promotion to patients.
