You will lead, mentor, and influence care delivery while remaining clinically active in a fast‑paced urgent care setting, working with Medical Directors and site leaders on staffing, workflows, and provider utilization.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree from an accredited PA/NP program.
• Active PA or NP license in the United States.
• National Board Certification and DEA registration.
• Minimum 12 months of urgent care or similar experience.

• Provide hands-on patient care across acute conditions.
• Lead and supervise a team of Advanced Practice Providers.
