Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care seeks an APP Manager to lead both clinical and administrative operations across our urgent care network in Missouri. The role combines hands-on patient care with strategic leadership, coaching APPs, and implementing best practices in care delivery.

You will supervise front-line APPs, drive performance metrics, and collaborate with physicians and site leaders. Strong EMR training, communication, and patient satisfaction focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and minimum 4 (+) years’ experience.
• Experience in Emergency Department/urgent care or similar clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate APPs within the service line; direct supervisor for front line APPs.
• Collaborate on APP optimization strategy and care-team roles.
• Supervise APP practice operationalization with site leaders and physicians.
• Coach APPs and monitor clinical, operational, and financial metrics.
