Job summary

Qualifications

• Active and current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of practice.
• Board certification required (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA).
• DEA registration and state-controlled substance certificate as required.

Responsibilities

• Take comprehensive health histories and perform physical exams.
• Form diagnoses, initiate therapy or referrals to appropriate facilities.
• Provide emergency stabilization when needed (e.g., cardiac events).
• Communicate care plans and health guidance to patients and families.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
