Job summary

CA CI International Inc. is seeking an Urgent Requirements Analyst to support JIATF 401 within the DART Directorate.

You will validate core operational capability needs, translate gaps into defined requirements, and shepherd them through Joint Force processes to rapidly field C-sUAS capabilities. The role requires an Active Secret clearance with potential TS/SCI, a Bachelor’s or Master’s with extensive experience, and significant senior staff exposure.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability for TS/SCI.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s; or 8+ years with a Master’s.
• Senior Military Staff experience (Joint Staff, OSD, COCOM, or senior HQ staff).
• Experience developing operational requirements and strategic/technical documents for joint capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of C-sUAS or related DoD capabilities and systems.
• Experience applying Joint Planning Process at senior level.
• Excellent ability to translate complex environments into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary OPR during Intake Phase to validate core operational needs.
• Identify and prioritize C-sUAS gaps across DOTMLPF-P.
• Translate gaps into materiel or non-materiel requirements.
• Develop foundational capability and requirements documents.
• Manage JFRP items and interface with JRAC, JROC, JICRs for validation.
• Integrate C-sUAS capabilities into Joint Planning Process and strategies.
• Prepare briefings, EXSUMs, and decision-support correspondence for senior stakeholders.
• Address RFIs from Congress, OSD, and interagency partners.
• Collaborate with Analysis Branch on modeling, simulation, and impact studies.
• Develop Assessment Plans and Data Collection Plans for OA and UA.
