Qualifications

• Prior experience as a caregiver, HHA, CNA, or personal care aide preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans.
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct in-home care during 12-hour shifts.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment for the client.
