Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Urethane Machine Operator in Luck, Wisconsin to safely perform urethane production and finishing operations. You will prepare materials, molds, tools, and equipment for manufacturing processes, and assist with mold setup to maintain efficient flow.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude within a supportive team. The position offers a 2pm–12am shift and opportunities for growth in a clean, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to learn manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Basic math and measuring skills required.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform entry-level urethane production and finishing operations to meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Select and prepare materials, molds, tools, and equipment for manufacturing processes.
• Assist with mold preparation, cleaning, and setup to ensure efficient production flow.
• Perform material mixing, pouring, casting, and demolding of products, including finishing operations such as trimming and sanding.
• Conduct visual inspections of products for defects and record production data accurately.

As a Urethane Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Urethane Machine Operator

Location: Luck, WI

Pay Range: $19.75 per hour

Shift: 2pm - 12am, Monday - Thursday
