Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical degree is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Experience with urethane metering equipment and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run urethane metering, saws, shapers, and ovens to meet quality and time standards.
• Maintain calibration of urethane metering equipment.
• Keep work instructions up to date for all operations.
• Perform urethane secondary and conventional jobs to spec.
• Make tooling and program changes to assure part quality; participate in CI.
