Join a Precision-Driven Team at BRECOflex CO., L.L.C.

Join BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. as a Production Operator and be part of a supportive manufacturing team producing high-quality polyurethane timing belts. In this hands-on role, you’ll follow work instructions, operate production equipment, maintain quality standards, and help keep the work area safe, clean, and organized. As a Production Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating equipment and performing tasks across various production areas, including:

• Stamping & Welding – Punch press setup, belt welding, hole punching, and belt slitting
• Covers – Applying cover materials, adhesive bonding, grinding, and machining
• Profiling – Injection molding, profile modification, welding, and BFX slitting
• Extrusion – Operating extrusion equipment for BFX and M belts
• CNC Machining – CNC and waterjet machining, ATN hole punching

You’ll follow detailed work instructions, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement efforts in productivity, safety, and organization.

What You Bring

• Using calibers and basic measurement equipment
• Understand and apply measurement tolerances to products
• Able to read and write simple instructions and documentation
• Comfortable performing shop-level calculations as needed for measurements and production tasks

Physical/Environment

• Must be able to lift 49lbs. to waist height
• Standing all day (90% of shift) with ability to move about the manufacturing area

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $19 – $21 (based on experience)
