Job summary

URBN is seeking dependable Seasonal Equipment Operators in Indiana, PA to join the warehouse team. You will operate a variety of PIT equipment, move inventory, and assist with inbound and outbound logistics while upholding safety standards.

Role includes standing and walking long shifts, working at heights, and overtime during peak season. Compensation starts around the posted pay with opportunities for wage increases under the company program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong team player with good communication skills, self-motivation, and task follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of PIT equipment (forklifts, order pickers, walkie stackers, pallet jacks) to move inventory.
• Safely perform high-bay lifting with cherry pickers (25–40+ ft) following OSHA fall-protection rules.
• Assist with inbound/outbound logistics: loading/unloading, labeling, and box-making.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse tech to track inventory in real time.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow URBN safety protocols and pre-shift inspections.

Role Summary

We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as Seasonal Equipment Operators. Whether you're just starting your career or bringing previous warehouse experience, we provide the training, support, and resources you need to succeed from day one.

Role Responsibilities

• Equipment & PIT Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)—including forklifts, cherry pickers (order pickers), walkie stackers, double walkie riders, tuggers, and pallet jacks—to transport, stow, and replenish inventory across storage and staging locations.
• Elevated Height Operations: Safely operate cherry pickers to pick and stow product at high-bay racking levels (elevated up to 25–40+ feet) while strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards and fall-protection procedures.
• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Perform core warehouse duties including loading/unloading trailers, labeling product, box making, and relocating stowed items.
• Technology & Inventory Tracking: Utilize RF scanners, touchscreen interfaces, and warehouse technology to execute tasks and maintain real-time inventory tracking.
• Safety & Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all URBN safety protocols, pre-shift equipment inspections, and operational guidelines.

• Reliable attendance with the flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or extended shifts based on peak season business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable and capable of working safely at heights of up to 40+ feet on elevated equipment while continuously wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a fall-protection body harness and lanyard.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously across large facility spaces throughout the shift.
• Comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching for objects up to 50 lbs. of varying shapes and sizes.
• Capability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or maneuver safely around machinery and multi-level racking systems.
• Coordinated movement skills required to operate material handling equipment safely in narrow aisles and elevated environments.

URBN offers a predictable pay increase schedule through our Step Program for designated roles— associates receive scheduled wage increases at 6 months, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 years of tenure. Subject to change at company's discretion.

Pay Range

Starting from USD $16.25/Hr.
