URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking Seasonal Equipment Operators to join our Indiana, Pennsylvania distribution center team.

You will operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks) to move and stage inventory for North American orders, while following strict safety standards and using RF scanners and touchscreens to track inventory. The role offers training, a team-based environment, and exposure to high-height operations up to 40 feet.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong team player with good communication skills, self-motivation, and task follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of PITs (forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks) to transport, stow and replenish inventory.
• Safely operate elevated height equipment (up to 25–40+ feet) with fall protection.
• Assist with inbound/outbound logistics, including loading/unloading trailers and labeling product.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse tech to track real-time inventory and complete tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow URBN safety guidelines.

Role Summary

We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as Seasonal Equipment Operators. Whetheryou'rejust starting your career or bringingpreviouswarehouse experience, we provide the training, support, and resources you need to succeed from day one.

As an Equipment Operator,you'llplayan important rolein ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, moved, and prepared for shipment within our distribution center serving customers across North America.You'llsafelyoperatewarehouse equipment, including forklifts and order pickers, while working as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Equipment & PIT Operation:Safely and efficientlyoperatea variety of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)—including forklifts, cherry pickers (order pickers), walkie stackers, double walkie riders, tuggers, and pallet jacks—to transport, stow, and replenish inventory across storage and staging locations.
• Elevated Height Operations:Safelyoperatecherry pickers to pick and stow product at high-bay racking levels (elevated up to 25-40+ feet) while strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards and fall-protection procedures.
• Inbound & Outbound Logistics:Perform core warehouse duties including loading/unloading trailers, labeling product, box making, andrelocatingstoweditems.
• Technology & Inventory Tracking:UtilizeRF scanners, touchscreen interfaces, and warehouse technology to execute tasks andmaintainreal-time inventory tracking.
• Safety & Workplace Standards:Maintaina clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all URBN safety protocols, pre-shift equipment inspections, and operational guidelines.

• Reliable attendance with the flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or extended shifts based on peak season business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable and capable of working safely at heights of up to 40+ feet on elevated equipment while continuously wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a fall-protection body harness and lanyard.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously across large facility spaces throughout the shift.
• Comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching for objects up to 50 lbs. of varying shapes and sizes.
• Capability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or maneuver safely around machinery and multi-level racking systems.
• Coordinated movement skills required to operate material handling equipment safely in narrow aisles and elevated environments.

URBN offers a predictable pay increase schedule through our Step Program for designated roles— associates receive scheduled wage increases at 6 months, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 years of tenure.Subject to change at company's discretion.

Pay Range

Starting from USD $16.25/Hr.
