URBN is seeking a Group Lead at our Gap, PA facility to drive leadership for all associates and maintain productivity, quality, and SLA adherence. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem solving, and effective communication, with the ability to manage shifts and coach staff.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with management to resolve issues that affect throughput.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED required.
• 1–2 years of equivalent job experience with leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills.
• Strong problem-solving with data collection and analysis.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Ability to follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Role Summary

A Group Lead is a motivated team player with exceptional organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, multitasking environment with attention to detail. They should have a basic understanding of Warehouse Operations and demonstrate problem-solving abilities. A successful Group Lead is flexible to accept new and diverse assignments. They possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Shift: Monday - Thursday; 5:00pm-3:30am

Role Responsibilities

Role Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements

Pay Range

Starting from USD $19.75/Hr.
