Job summary

URBN is seeking a Group Lead at our Gap, PA location to guide a production team during the 5:00pm–3:30am shift. You will ensure on-time task completion, maintain SLA targets, and foster a productive, compliant work environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to resolve issues quickly while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED required.
• 1–2 years of equivalent job experience; team building and leadership skills.
• Works well under pressure, time constraints, dependable and with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and overtime as required.

Role Summary

A Group Lead is a motivated team player with exceptional organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, multitasking environment with attention to detail. They should have a basic understanding of Warehouse Operations and demonstrate problem-solving abilities. A successful Group Lead is flexible to accept new and diverse assignments. They possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Shift: Monday - Thursday; 5:00pm-3:30am

Role Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements

Pay Range

Starting from USD $19.75/Hr.
