URBN is seeking a warehouse Clerk in Gap, PA to support the Leadership Team with day-to-day operations, monitor productivity, and ensure SLAs are met. You will follow instructions from Supervisors, handle department tasks, and communicate clearly with teammates.
Shift is Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and employee discounts. The role requires at least a high school diploma and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

As a Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting the Leadership Team in the day-to-day operations of the department, monitoring productivity, and communicating necessary adjustments in departmental processes. You will be expected to be flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities. Additionally, you will need to provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met. You will perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager and work with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management.
