Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Urban Design & Streetscape Project Manager to shape vibrant, people-focused communities by delivering transportation and streetscape projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction, delivering streetscapes, downtown revitalization, complete streets, parks, and community development initiatives that enhance mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning or related field.
• Three years of project management experience leading multidisciplinary projects.
• Professional Engineer License, PLA, or AICP certifications or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience managing client relationships, project budgets, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage urban design and landscape architecture projects from planning through construction administration.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering public realm, streetscape, parks, and community development projects.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and client expectations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with AECOM's quality standards.
• Coordinate internal resources and subconsultants throughout the project lifecycle.
