Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Urban Design & Streetscape Project Manager in Charlotte, NC. This full-time hybrid role leads multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction, delivering streetscape and urban design projects that enhance mobility and livability.

You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and client expectations, coordinating subconsultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning or related field and six years of urban design experience.
• Professional Engineer License (PE), PLA, or AICP certifications or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience managing client relationships, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage urban design and landscape architecture projects from planning through construction administration.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in public realm, streetscape, parks, and community development projects.
• Develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing, and client expectations.
• Coordinate internal resources and subconsultants throughout the project lifecycle.
