You will manage partner relationships, oversee housing, meals, and transport, and train facilitators to lead groups effectively. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to prosper in this role.

Mansioni

• Engage 6-12 local Ministry Partners and tailor schedules for each Urban Plunge group.
• Coordinate schedules, housing, meals, and transportation for each group.
• Recruit and train facilitators, schedule them for groups, and coordinate coverage.
• Prepare detailed schedules and driving directions for all involved parties.
