Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires strong relational and organizational skills.
• Experience with Google Suite is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain small groups, rosters, and student/leader placement in Planning Center.
• Manage weekly leader RSVPs and group coverage; track attendance and follow up.
• Run background checks and volunteer workflow to ensure clearance before serving.
• Coordinate care rhythms and small group experiences; plan events, camps, and retreats.
• Provide pastoral care and follow-up for students, including those with additional needs.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred
