Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares long-range land use and neighborhood studies to guide future development.
• Conducts research and on-site reviews to ensure proposals comply with ordinances.
• Prepares and presents recommendations to the City Plan Commission and other groups.
• Conducts community meetings to obtain feedback on land use and census issues.
• Responds to inquiries from citizens, committees, and officials to expedite services.
• Reviews zoning applications for accuracy and compliance with ordinances.
