Urban Outfitters in Pittsburgh is seeking a Brand Ambassador to bring the store experience to life through authentic customer interactions and personal style.

You will help customers discover products, stay updated on drops and promotions, and contribute to a welcoming and energetic shopping environment both in-store and online.

• Bring the Brand to Life: show up as yourself; stay informed on product drops, trends, and in-store and online happenings.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations and enthusiasm for products.
• Make Shopping Seamless: maintain an inspiring, organized space; restocking and display styling to keep the store fresh and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers’ preferred shopping method, in-store or online.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to trying new things and learning as you go.
• Work as a Team: support colleagues and contribute to a positive store environment.

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun
