Responsibilities

• Coach a content-area team of 8-12 teachers using instructional coaching cycles.
• Apply the Danielson Framework to teacher growth.
• Lead data cycles to inform instruction.
• Plan and deliver professional development.
• Support leaders with high-stakes assessments.
• Participate on the Instructional Leadership Team.
• Other duties as assigned.
