Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid Tennessee teaching license and endorsements or reciprocity, or enrollment in a certification program with licensure eligibility.
• Two years of urban teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse learners in a heterogeneously grouped classroom.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Maintains accurate records as required by law and district regulations.
• Collaborates with Head of School and Dean to develop strategies for student success.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned by school leadership.
