Freedom Preparatory Academy is hiring a middle school English Language Arts teacher to support our growing network of charter schools in Memphis, TN. You will introduce and help students master concepts and collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum across subjects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and Tennessee licensure or reciprocity. Urban teaching experience and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are valued as we pursue academic excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in an urban setting and collaborate with diverse students.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and help students develop mastery of ELA concepts.
